How do building credits work?

Building credits pay for AI and active editing/previews. Workspaces use about $0.127/hour with ten-minute idle shutdown. Paid monthly credits roll over across projects. Existing subscriptions keep their price-version terms until you change plans.

What happens when my credits run out?

New work pauses; running workspaces close when prepaid time ends. Saved work remains. Top up or wait for your monthly credit. Published hosting has a separate allowance.

How does managed hosting usage work?

Managed hosting uses a non-rolling monthly allowance at 2× provider usage cost, warns at 80% and pauses sites after reported exhaustion. Renewed allowance restores verified pauses; uncertain prior pause states need review. Reports lag, so this is not a real-time cap. Upgrade or migrate hosts for more capacity. Shared databases/storage have separate limits.

Can I use my own hosting accounts?

Choose My own accounts at creation, then export source/data and the setup guide from Hosting options. You deploy manually and manage provider bills. Free tiers have eligibility rules and limits. DRD auth/media dependencies need migration; changing an existing project requires DRD help.

Which models can I use?

Starter includes GLM 5.3 Flash. Builder includes GLM 5.3 Flash, Qwen 3.8 Max, Gemini 3.8 Flash, GPT-5.6 Sol, GPT-5.4 mini. Studio includes GLM 5.3 Flash, Qwen 3.8 Max, Gemini 3.8 Flash, GPT-5.6 Sol, GPT-5.4 mini. Astra and Claude are excluded from these plans.

What counts as a project?

Each project in your account counts, including drafts and published projects. Deleting a project frees a slot once deletion finishes. Changing plans doesn’t delete existing projects; you can add another when you’re below your plan’s limit.

What does a custom build include?

We build websites and mobile apps with AI, and our engineers personally review every pull request. Builds start at $200 one time. We agree on requirements, deliverables, revisions and price in chat before work starts. Your quote identifies any app-store, domain or third-party costs. Ongoing hosting and platform access use a separate monthly plan.
